Visible Results After Just 5 Treatments: A Zemits QuMotion Body Contouring Case Study

ANTI-CELLULITE MASSAGE WITH ZEMITS QUMOTION

Just 5 sessions — before-and-after results that are hard to believe: anti-cellulite massage with Zemits QuMotion

Cellulite affects as many as 80–90% of women, regardless of body weight. Uneven skin on her thighs was the reason this client came to Ruslana Chyzhma. The result? 5 sessions with Zemits QuMotion and a visible change in the appearance of her skin, documented in before-and-after photos.

It is a familiar concern in aesthetic practices: even at a healthy body weight, uneven skin on the thighs and beneath the buttocks can be clearly visible. Its appearance depends not only on body weight, but also on the structure of the subcutaneous tissue, skin elasticity and the distribution of fatty tissue.

That is why diet and physical activity are not always enough to achieve the desired visible effect. Mechanical roller massage, also known as endomassage, can complement a care programme by working directly on the tissues.

This is the approach Ruslana Chyzhma chose, using Zemits QuMotion technology. The results of a course of just 5 sessions can be compared in photos taken from three angles.

Treatment areas and objectives

  • Client: woman, 25 years old.
  • Areas compared: abdomen, thighs and buttocks.
  • Device: Zemits QuMotion.
  • Number of sessions: 5.
  • Protocol goal: eliminating cellulite and creating a more defined silhouette.

What was observed in each area?

Cellulite on the thighs

Cellulite on the thighs

Subcutaneous tissue is organised into compartments separated by connective tissue bands called septa. When these bands pull the skin inwards unevenly while the surrounding tissue bulges outwards, characteristic dimples and raised areas appear on the skin’s surface. This is why cellulite on the back and sides of the thighs can be visible even at rest, without pinching the skin.

Uneven skin beneath the buttocks

Uneven skin beneath the buttocks

The area below the gluteal fold is particularly prone to uneven skin. The natural tissue structure, distribution of fatty tissue and skin elasticity influence the appearance of this area, while an uneven surface can make the buttocks appear less firm.

Fluid retention and changes in body contours

Fluid retention and changes in body contours

Temporary fluid retention in the tissues can cause a feeling of heaviness and make certain areas of the body appear fuller. This can affect the appearance of the lower abdomen and thighs, as well as the definition of body contours. These changes can occur regardless of body weight and should not be directly equated with cellulite.

Key takeaway

Cellulite, uneven skin beneath the buttocks and temporary fluid retention are different factors that can affect the appearance of the silhouette. Treatment planning should therefore be based on an individual assessment of tissue needs and aesthetic goals.

Zemits QuMotion enables mechanical roller massage treatments that may help improve the appearance of the skin and body contours. The choice of technique and settings should take into account the treatment area, tissue condition and treatment indications.

The logic behind the protocol: how each stage contributed to the result

Ruslana carried out the treatment in the following sequence:

Step 1. Skin preparation

Zemits DazzleSkin
DazzleSkin

Applying Zemits DazzleSkin massage oil to the thighs, buttocks and abdomen

The oil allows the rollers to glide evenly without excessive pulling on the skin, helping distribute pressure uniformly across the treatment area.

The blend of grapeseed, sweet almond and avocado oils softens the skin, improves its elasticity and prepares it for mechanical stimulation.

Step 2. Lymphatic drainage — VivoFlow™

VivoFlow™
VivoFlow™

Gentle drainage massage using smooth, rounded microspheres

The thighs, buttocks and abdomen were treated in the direction of lymphatic flow, using upward movements at a low speed and with gentle pressure.

The aim of this stage was to reduce temporary swelling that blurs contours and makes the area appear heavier, while preparing the tissues for more intensive work.

Gentle, rhythmic stimulation supports fluid drainage, helps reduce the feeling of heaviness and enhances body contours before the more intensive stages of the treatment.

Step 3. Targeting cellulite — CelluRelease™ and MatrixPress™

CelluRelease™
CelluRelease™
MatrixPress™
MatrixPress™

Focused treatment of areas where the “orange-peel” appearance is most visible

CelluRelease™ is used to work on uneven skin on the back and sides of the thighs. MatrixPress™, with its densely and evenly arranged microspheres, was used beneath the buttocks.

Different areas vary in tissue density, which is why different attachments were used. Each allows the appropriate treatment intensity to be selected for areas where signs of cellulite are visible.

The microspheres rotate freely and adapt to the shape of the treatment area. They massage denser tissues, balance skin tension over the connective tissue bands and stimulate microcirculation. Irregularities gradually become less visible, leaving the skin’s surface smoother and more even.

Step 4. Body contouring — QuSculpt™ and ContourGlide™

QuSculpt™
QuSculpt™
ContourGlide™
ContourGlide™

Controlled work on deeper tissue layers with a gradual increase in pressure

QuSculpt™ is the main attachment, featuring patented microsphere geometry, micro-projections and elements that enhance its mechanical action. ContourGlide™ complements it by allowing controlled, deeper work on the abdomen, thighs and buttocks.

After smoothing the skin’s surface, the focus shifts to defining the transitions between areas more clearly — from the waist to the hips and from the buttocks to the thighs.

The multidirectional rotation of the microspheres stimulates the tissues: the skin appears firmer, while the body contours look more defined and harmonious.

What does the skin look like after 5 sessions?

BEFORE
Front view before treatment
AFTER
Front view after treatment

Front view: the lower abdomen appears smoother, and the skin on the thighs looks more even.

BEFORE
Rear view before treatment
AFTER
Rear view after treatment

Rear view: irregularities on the backs of the thighs are less visible, while the skin on the buttocks and beneath them appears smoother.

BEFORE
Side view before treatment
AFTER
Side view after treatment

Side view: the skin on the thigh looks more even, with a smoother transition from the buttock to the thigh.

The photos taken after the course of treatments show:

  • smoother skin on the thighs and buttocks;
  • less pronounced irregularities;
  • a more even skin surface;
  • smoother body contours.

What is important about this case?

  • The three views complement one another. The front view shows the abdomen and silhouette; the rear view shows the skin on the buttocks and thighs; and the side view shows the transitions between these areas.
  • The result was documented after the 5th session. This represents a specific stage in this client’s treatment, not a universal number of sessions.
  • We are assessing visible changes. The photos do not confirm a reduction in fatty tissue, changes in its structure or how long the results last.

Results vary from person to person. The photos show external appearance; differences in lighting, body position and camera angle may affect the comparison. Changes in body measurements or weight were not reported in this case.

What does the QuMotion body contouring system offer aesthetic practitioners?

One platform — several treatment methods. QuSculpt™, 4 additional roller attachments, DermeVortex™ Body and Face, and the Facial Rotating Roller — for body and facial treatments.

Different treatment depths without changing devices. From gentle drainage massage to deeper work on body contours, simply by adjusting speed and pressure.

Less physical strain. The practitioner can perform more treatments throughout the day while maintaining the quality of their work.
